Talent Acquisition (5 opportunities)

  1. Recent graduates (up to 2-years)
  2. Advanced English Level
  3. Citizen from the demanded nationalities (Australia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Macau, Malaysia, New Zealand, South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand)
  4. Availability to start the internship on February 2019
  5. Customer service skills (i.e. excellent written & verbal communication skills, positive attitude & a service leadership philosophy)

Internship Information

We're looking for talented young people to joing us in Hungary and Indian Offices!

Languages required: (Mandarin or Japanese) including English

  • Inbound calls
  • Logging all calls in the system
  • Handling Critical Incidents
  • Ticketing tool management
  • Email, Chat & Phone Support

Customer Support (10 opportunities)

  • Requirement analysis and prototype preparation 
  • System design and implementation (multi-tiered framework) 
  • Building system using Struts/Spring Framework 
  • Status reporting 
  • Review and validate the content of the application in the client language 
  • Highlight irregularities on the reviewed applications
